Italian Beef Florentine with hot rice and garlic breadsticks 1½ lb ground chuck ¼ cup flour 2 large eggs 1½ cups panko breadcrumbs 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning ½ teaspoon kosher salt ¼ teaspoon pepper 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 (16-oz) jar roasted garlic Alfredo sauce 3 cups fresh baby spinach --------------------------------------------------------------- 1½ cups uncooked long grain rice 1 box garlic breadsticks Shape ground chuck into 6 equal-size patties. Place flour in a shallow dish. Whisk together eggs in a separate shallow dish. Stir together panko, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a third shallow dish. Coat patties with flour; dip in egg, letting excess drip off. Dredge in panko mixture. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add patties and cook 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink in the center. Heat Alfredo sauce in a saucepan over medium heat. Add spinach and cook, stirring constantly, until wilted. Serve spinach mixture over cooked patties. --------------------------------------------------------------- Cook rice according to package directions. Bake bread according to package directions.
