Italian Shrimp and Scallop Provencale Onion and green onion 1 1/2 Cups Garlic 1 Several cloves Butter 1 Tablespoon Salt To Taste Black pepper To Taste Red pepper A sprinkle White wine 1 Cup Chopped parsley 1/4 cup Scallops 1 Cup Shrimps 1 Cup >>Romano cheese 1/2 Cup Directions Saute onion and garlic in butter. Add little bit of salt and pepper. Add celery and red pepper. Saute for a few minutes. Add white wine, cook for a few minutes. Bring the mixture to boil. Add some parsley. Add shrimp and scallops and cook until done. Grate in fresh Romano cheese. Turn off the heat. Serve with spaghetti noodles My version of this, we first had this at Gypsy Cab in St. Augustine. We fixed a version of this in Italy for a family dinner with Christine Vieillescazes and Julien Vieillescazes and Marie Raphelle and Andre Viellescazes-- Wonderful times!
