Itemized rant time: 1. Im surprised to find there might be $1 billion in Kansas in the first place. 2. Im now convinced that the massive budget shortfalls are a feature and not a bug as far as right-wing maniacs are concerned. Arthur Laffer doesnt believe in his own voodoo. These policies arent about raising revenue by cutting tax rates. Its about more elimination of vital government programs! Yay! Starve the Beast (and the poor)! 3. Can I crotch-kick the next idiot who uses this false analogy? The state of Kansas must continue to live within its means just as families do every day. 4. We reelected these sociopaths in states across the nation, and rewarded them for their incompetence with MORE seats in Congress!
