Its 2:17am. Am clued to my television and my Internet researching as usual as I build my Freelance career as well as mapping keen measures towards my political future. For me, its time for the media and sports administrators to go into politics just as the Doctors, lawyers and other professionals have done. Controversial, it may seem but its what the world has come to. I just cant believe that the offices of Charlie Hebdo Magazine in Paris France has been bombed the way it was with 12 journalists killed. And necessitating protestations across Europe and the Americas. As a journalist, sports administrator and a potential politician, my heart bleeds profusely from the pictures and updates i see on international media. Its crazy and makes my heart extremely heavy. This is the first major attacks on the media and a stab in the very back of media freedom. One of my major plans is to identify, sponsor and nature ethnic Bulsas who want to undertake further studies in journalism. This is because Sandema and Bulsa is so deprived. So deprived so that we will need to raise our own journalists to tell our stories to the world as we seek to resuscitating the seeming unending dwindling fortunes of our people. My fear is that if such barbaric inhuman and senseless attacks on Journalists dont abate, would my people in Sandema allow their wards to take to journalism? That is how deep the attacks on the Charlie Hebdo Magazine has affected my remote town of the Bulsa North constituency. Aljazeera are also on a chase for three of their journalists abducted in Egypt. Hmmmmm!!! Of a truth, the message of Hope, Opportunity and Change is catching on with the delegates, but the media must be protected to drum the message to the electorate in 2016. Operation touch not the media activated. Folks, Thinking Unconventionally.
