Its 3:30 in the morning and Iris and I have been awake since 2:00 am because the administrators at MCV think its acceptable to renovate the floor below overnight. The entire cancer ward is being subjected to the banging and clanging. When I complained a construction supervisor walked right into our room because he did not seem to believe we could hear it. If you agree this is not how to treat our sick children please join me tomorrow in registering a complaint. I think I will start with the governors office and work my way down. The entire ward needs to be relocated until construction is complete. It is unconscionable to force inpatients to endure hours of construction work overnight. The administrator who approved these conditions should be fired.
