Its 3:30pm an we are on our way. Right now we are being boxed in, going thu another lock,only our ship this time. Each time I see this I find it amazing. Once the back door of the lock is close and then the water starts coming in the closed lock. All we see out of the side windows is the cement walls on both side of the ship. I am watching the ladder that goes up the cement wall to the top, Soon we will be going up like when you go up an elevator, we are slowlyyyyyyyyyy advancing to the front of the lock. I am in the front of the ship and it is a wall of cement, I can see that we are rising, going up the ladder, bumping side of the cement wall. I see another ship to my left going thru the lock, must of sneaked up on me didnt see it. Still rising, almost to the top can see out of the side windows now. we are facing a bridge in front of the ship, almost there and the gates will open to the left and right not up in the air no like some of the other ones. We have the red light, still rising, the gates are opening now slowly, the ship to my left is slowly going head of us. The green light Is on and the other ship is passing us they will go first, its another Viking ship like ours it s the Njord. now we are moving forward and we are once again on the river. My three amigos are making fun of me writing my journal, skip this if you like but to me it is amazing. Bye until the next update.........
