Its 5:30 in the morning. Im alone in the floor cause we usually run Sunday breaks early since no one is around. A very dramatic classical piece is playing. In walks a woman. First customer. Shes dark skinned, maybe mid forties, but shes dressed like a voodoo goddess. Elaborate dark hair put up with a flower in it. A beautiful but casual dress wrapped in a knitted blanket. Lots of jewelry. She walks to the counter and says Ill have a large hot water. A very hot water. I turn around, double cup a venti and pull hot water from the brewer, turn back around and shes gone. I thought she went to the rest room so I waited. Nothing. Hour later. Nothing. Im not easily spooked nor do I believe in the supernatural but I honestly want to see the video of this...transaction.
