Its 6:30am in Bangkok, and Ive just met with the doctor who performed my endoscopy. He informed me that my blood count has stabilized after 24 hours of falling. Blood pressure & heart rate are normal and I get to eat some broth, after 64 hours of no food, as well all of the I.V.s come out. PTL. 1) Grateful to the Lord for His care and intervention. 2) Appreciative of my sweet wife and family whove had to endure this thousands of miles away. 3) Thankful for the prayer and support of people literally around the world. 4) Indebted to Ted Olbrich, Ted Vail, Jim Scott, Mike Thomas (my doctor & friend), Angie Hillenbrand, Corrie, Adam Davidson, Shannan Case, Lima (doctor from our Cambodian church), the pilots and transport team, the entire staff of the ICU unit at Bumrungrad Hospital here, and many more that have helped on so many fronts! My hope is to fly back to the states on Monday or Tuesday, with a new appreciation of life and a fresh commitment to some lifestyle changes. I am a blessed man!
