Its 7:15am....nice and cold outside... A lovely Dubaish morning everyone. Being a mother of two it sometimes become a difficulty to make everything go perfect, I try to do my best. My elder one goes to school by 6:40am...though she was never fussy eater... Incorporating healthy tiffin was always my lookout... Having two breaks in school with a gap of approximately two hours.. I need to give her two separate Tiffins. Early in the morning she could hardly have anything so I make sure both her tiffins have healthy stuff (sometimes I do give chips to satisfy her)..... So the first tiffin I give mainly includes fruits and nuts.. So today I gave her a HALF GUAVA,SOME BLACK GRAPES, BANANA,AND SOME BLUE BERRY.... The second tiffin is usually a little more filling... I prefer preparing things a day before... And thus have her SEMOLINA VEGGIE(carrots, cabbage, onions, tomatoes) UTTAPAM CHEESE ROLL(she loves chesse,at times I give)....with a little pouch of tomato ketchup in case she wants to have... All packed in her tiffin box... I use aluminum foil to cover the food....and arranged in her tiffin bag... #CalDabbastyle
