Its AcroYoga Jam time! Today, Saturday the 30th (4-7 PM), come play: Aerial Revolution - 5370 Napa Street - San Diego, CA 92110 Its the largest regular jam in San Diego and its held in the studio at AR. The floors are covered in 2 thick gymnastics padding. Lots of room to safely explore the limits of your practice with a great group of 20-30 other AcroYogis. No partner needed! Just a note: This is NOT a class. While acro teachers often attend, they are there to play. But our community is great! We are all here helping each other practice, play and improve together. If you want more formal instruction, please come take a class. There are wonderful teachers throughout the city (including two at AR every Wednesday night).. [= Throw your donations (~$5 suggested - never required) in the fishbowl when you arrive. Your act of good karma goes to the studio for making the incredible space available and the AcroYoga Scholarship Fund that sends some lucky AcroYogis/Yoginis to the Divine Play Festival for FREE every year. Please ask me how to be one of them. If you need change to make a donation, you can either take it out of the jar or ask me and Ill get it for you. Drop in or out anytime between 4-7 PM. Theres a small group that paid for private lessons on the silks and/or trapeze. If its too crowded downstairs, Ill open up the yoga room upstairs to make sure we all have room to play.
