Its Boxing day and looking for work for the new year….so here is a little poem what I wrote. A professional chef, experienced, but old Seeks a role, in a galley, to get out of the cold. Worked mostly in London at high level gaffs, Feeding clients, high rollers and occasionally staffs. I do, what I do, as it gives me great pleasure Love cooking for others, while they’re, at their leisure. Feeding all people what every their needs All diets, allergies, cultural or creeds. I’m honest and house trained, don t hold with back stabbing I’m old school trained, no jibber or jabbing. I work hard with passion, on that, all will agree I have on my person, past jobs referee.
