Its Breast Cancer Awareness month. Please get a breast exam!!! It CAN save your life. Ive had mammograms every year faithfully. 3 days before Christmas last year I found out I had stage 4 of stage 4 breast cancer. Yes I was in shock. But I was blessed with amazing doctors and an amazing support group of family and friends. I will not lie to you....it was tough. But I fought hard! Chemo. Surgery. Etc. I never gave up! Just because you are diagnosed with breast cancer doesnt mean its a death sentence. Listen to your doctors. Let your friends/family support you. I have had so many woman that have contacted me when I decided to go public and let the world know I had breast cancer. Please dont be ashamed. There is NOTHONG to be ashamed about!!!! Be a fighter! I have been so blessed in my life and am so thankful for all of you that have supported me through this journey in my life. Although 2014 has been a difficult year.....Im so thankful to say that Im cancer free and I will continue to fight this horrible disease! Lets do this together! Fight hard. Pray hard.
