Its Christmas, it’s not Happy Holiday’s or Season’s Greetings, it’s called Christmas so it’s Happy Christmas, Christmas Greetings, or best of all, Merry Christmas. Sometimes I have too wonder what the H*ll, the politically correct, left wing nut liberals are thinking! What part of, this is America, a Christian nation built on Christian principles and morels, a nation that allows people to choose for themselves, what they do or do not believe in, it’s called FREEDOM of CHOICE, not FREEDOM from CHOICE... Like most American families ours was diverse, we were made up of mixed nationalities, races and religious beliefs, our family hailed from many region’s of the world... Every Christmas, aunt Shayna, would admire the Christmas tree, then she would comment, what a beautiful “Passover Tree” it was. LOL ... Nobody got their shorts tied in a knot over what was said. We passed the baked Ham with pineapple around the table, knowing some family only ate Turkey, we honored those traditions too with certified Kosher food and Passover matzah. I remember uncle Ron saying to aunt Shayna “WOW aunt Shayna, the Ham Gravy sure makes that Turkey breast moist, ya oughta try it” ... We all laughed, knowing ham was always a NO, NO and that on Passover, she and uncle Albert refrain from using anything which contained flour. We were a family full of love for one another and we laughed and had a great time, it was Christmas and we were family.... As we said our goodbye’s, promises were made, some were meeting to go see that new film together soon, mamma and aunt Tilly are starting a book club this year for sure, some of the uncles were going golfing this year for sure. Some plans would pan out, some dont, most never did, but the sentiment was always: [ We should see each other more often then just at Christmas time.] Merry Christmas to all and to all good cheers, it is Christmas time once again, and it will come, year after year, again and again, over and over, it don’t matter a tinkers shit, what someone thinks or believes, or how someone thinks they should be offended by hearing “MERRY CHRISTMAS” or why some atheist wants Christmas banned ... it is Christmas time and it will be Christmas time forever ... This is the Christmas Season, by golly, so be jolly... I say, “MERRY CHRISTMAS” to one and all ... Welcome to this crazy family Carter Allen Bolender 12/08/2014, my great grand son, job well done Brittney & Charlie ... Keep America Safe, Keep your Powder Dry... Chopper Charlie .... Hooyah ...
