Its Custom Que Thursday, the day we announce the Custom Que specials for the week. The first Custom Que is available after 4 p.m. for the next seven days at both the Syracuse and Troy Dinosaur Bar-B-Ques: Cold Smoked Sea Scallops -- Fresh jumbo scallops are cold smoked and seasoned with our house rub. They are then seared and served over a toasted barley salad with a sriracha aioli. It comes with two sides and a quarter-rack of ribs for $17.95. This Custom Que is being offered after 4 p.m. at the Syracuse Dinosaur: Asian Glazed Skirt Steak -- A smoke-infused skirt steak is marinated with ginger, soy sauce, garlic and sesame before it is char grilled. It is sliced thin and served over rice with a sesame hoisen BBQ sauce. We will try to get pictures of both these beauties up later today.
