Its Friday and the clock has literally stopped...seriously this day is dragging on!! I am feeling a bit antsy at work, but I work at a desk all day...hmmmm what to do, what to do?? Well here are 3 easy things you can so right at your desk and burn a couple calories from lunch!! 1) tricep dip 2) basic squat 3) reverse lunges! Did each of these for minute or so, and I am feeling good!! You dont have to be in a gym to get strong!!
