{Its Heeeere!} The blizzard is here and it is really coming down now. But thats not the problem the WIND is insane! For all you southern peeps whove never experienced a blizzard, its like a hurricane with snow instead of palm fronds flying around. My husband made this great measuring stick for UA to keep track of our accumulation. We already had about 4-5 on the ground and have since got about 2 since we got up at 6:30am. So to take our mind of the snow I made banana vegan pancakes topped with 1 tbs almond butter and 1/2 tbs melted dark chocolate chips to make a sauce. A much better alternative to the high fructose corn syrup and preservatives in that Aunt Jemima stuff ;)
