Its June 4th... do you know what that means? You dont? It means we start filming season 3 of Arrow in 1 month and 5 days!! For the past six weeks Ive been staying active - mostly running and carrying around a small child - but that all changes today. Today Im heading back to the Tempest Freerunning academy for my first serious workout. This was were I trained leading into the pilot. This is the spot that birthed the salmon ladder being a part of our show. This is where I discover a deep, almost twisted sort of muscular discomfort in the days following my workout that makes me question my life choices. Cant wait to get started!!
