Its McRib time folks. Right now you can get 2 for $5. Not to shabby...but before you dive in...Im gonna enlighten you on what a McRib really is. If you are a fan of pig tongue, heart, stomach and tripe and all the other unused parts of swine, then the McRib is for you. I just read that in 1981 McDonalds signed a contract with a pork butchering company. All the left over unused pieces of the pig are sent to McDs. They then blend it all together and form a mold which is the rib. Mmmmmm Mmmmmm...the might as well call it the potted meat sandwich. Enjoy! You have been warned.
