Its Monday, I Must Be Getting Pilloried. I have a front-page story today on a side-effect of the rise of e-cigarettes: children accidentally drinking their parents nicotine liquid -- e-liquid -- and getting sick in droves. And many people writing to the NY Times are ticked off. They say this is another screed against e-cigarettes. I see two different issues here; warning parents and others about the risks seems like a no-brainer, and no slight against e-cigs per se. Im wondering why the e-cig folks can be so zealous in their attacks. Thoughts?
