Its Monday morning! Time to check in! Don;t let the snow and cold stop you from getting your physical worship in! Even if you have to stay at home, you can run in place, do some floor exercises, use your hand weights, even better if you have a home gym. No excuses! Whats on your agenda today? Mine - stretching, free throws, arm werk - Arnold press, incline dumbbell press, tricep dips, tricep dips bench, bicep curls, abs. If the fiiiyah stops in my arms, Im going to make it to Zumba Toning tonight at Studio G Fitness LLC with World Famous Dee Dee Hill. Alright Warriors, time to check in!
