Its November 16, a blustery fall day, and perhaps the last football game looming ahead of us in the form of the state championships semi-finals against Fruitland, our crosstown rival, that once was our nemesis. A month ago, we met this team and won.... Now we come head to head again. I have had the extreme pleasure of being Lynns helper on the sidelines during most games for fifteen years. A win means that we travel to Pocatello; a loss means that Lynn will be finished with athletic training.... Walking to the center of the field, removing his fanny pack, and walking away from it. It will be an emotional day, smash-mouth football at its finest .... I hope a pray that we will be making the journey easy next week. No matter the outcome today, heres to you Mr. Johnson .... An athletic trainer who has given SO much to help kids, bolster them up, preparing them to battle another play out on the field or the court!! Im proud of you!!!
