Its OFFICIAL we are an official SPINNING facility. I just came back from a 9 hour training to receive my Instructors Spinning Certificate. HOW DO YOU BECOME A SPINNING FACILITY? To become a SPINNING facility you need to have official spinner bikes manufactured by Star Trac ( which we have the TOP OF THE LINE - SPINNER BLADES) and the facility must have a Spinning Certified instructor. YAY - I accomplished that today!!! I have LOTS & LOTS of great information to share with our RIDERS. I will be sharing Energy Zones and Target Heart Rate Ranges to help you significantly improve and optimize your cardiovascular workouts, increase aerobic capacity, improve efficiency in metabolizing fat, pedaling efficiency, and long-term energy. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN TO QUICK FIT? When you become an Official Spinning Facility, your indoor cycling program can officially be called Spinning®. We are able to use the powerful, internationally recognized Spinning logo and trademark on our website, facility signage, class schedule and marketing materials. We also gain the best consultation from industry leaders to help our RIDERS receive the best possible workouts. NEW SCHEDULE for the week of January 12 - SPINNING classes are posted below. Sign-up sheets will be at the front desk. I am still playing around with times and days to see what works for everyone. We will be adding later morning classes once we have more instructors. Due to the limited amount of Spinning bikes, please remember it is best to sign up 1 week in advance for a class. We want to make sure everyone has the opportunity to attend classes, so this week you must be prepaid at the Front Desk in order to reserve your seat. Please remember no refunds. If I have to cancel a class due to weather, I will issue you a ride coupon to use on another class. (Never know about this crazy weather.) You can reserve your seats for the week starting Sunday morning. I understand that it may be difficult to get to the gym to reserve a seat, so due to this we will be accepting prepaid spin cards. That way you can call and reserve a seat if you have a prepaid spin card. You can reserve up to 5 rides which is $25. Due to the positive response we are adding 3 more bikes for this weekend. We want to THANK everyone, for being patient & understanding while we continue to work on the spinning room, improve our system for reserving seats, and organize our schedule. We are looking forward to many RIDES together!!!
