Remember, if youre already an expert please share YOUR tips in the comments below and you could be featured in a future post :) This week were looking at CUSTOM FIELDS: What if theres information that you want to include in a record (customer, vendor, or product) but that inFlow doesnt already capture? Well, you can add a custom field to grab that information for later! The biggest benefit here is that custom fields become available in the listing views (customer list, vendor list or product list) as well as on all your reports so it gives you even MORE flexibility for recording important information. In this video weve demonstrated the process on the customer record but its easily done from the vendor, or product records too. One more thing: there are also 3 custom fields available to use on purchase, sales or work orders if you need them!. Get creative, and hold tight for next week when we show you a neat trick you can use to copy custom info automatically.
