Shouldnt PRIORITIES be to curb frivolous spending--and take care of RESPONSIBILITIES At HOME--before decorating elsewhere ?? This one falls directly on John Kerry--and his Little Department-- Secretary of State John Kerry’s department is spending almost a half-million dollars to install the statue of a colorless camel at the U.S. Embassy in Islamabad.
