Its Saturday....TODAYS MBG is Obstacle Race Training!! BEGIN - Eischens Yoga beginner sequence ( may 18th get it NOW at monkeybargym WORKOUT - cable step unders > box pushes > battling ropes > run outside (run a lap, run a track, run the block) for about 800meters. HOW TO DO WORKOUT - do 30 seconds of continuous work of each, rest as you need between each, then do next...then run your run...do this AMAP times in 20 minutes!! HAVE FUN, drink lots of water this weekend, sleep and re-charge, eat green amap....get ready cause MONDAY we begin HARD MBG TRAINING!!!!! Jon
