Its Saturday night and I am drunk. I have to wonder if the UK actually WANTS Scotland to break free and become independent. It seems that the arguments against that option are strongly defended, with the impression that there is a strong pro-union voice that it appears to the majority of people that there IS in fact a campaign to prevent the break up of the UK. Why then would you put such subtly faltering voices behind that campaign? Or is there just not really a very strong positive argument for the union being actively broadcast? Or are the No politicians really that out of touch with the views of the electorate?
