Its Superbowl Sunday and you might have plans to indulge today. Fine. Good. If you do, enjoy the heck out of it with zero guilt! But remember, try to refrain from doing penance this upcoming week because of it. Dont vow to be super strict and up your cardio and go low carb and cut out whole food groups. Why? Because deprivation always leads to eventual overindulgence, and you could be right back here next Sunday doing the Sunday night roundup eating everything in sight in anticipation of starting again on Monday. This is a dieting mindset. A black-and-white eating mindset. It sets you up for on times and off times. And its a vicious cycle. No thanks! So could you, instead, just have a few bites of some yummy stuff today, practicing *tasting* everything but binging on nothing? Then tomorrow, move on, just eating normally? Exercising normally? Just like you would any other day. No need for drastic making-up-for-it measures :) THIS is a lean lifestyle!
