Its Tabata day! 10 crazy Tabatas! Each Tabata is 20 seconds of work, 10 rest, 8 rounds. I pair two exercises together in each Tabata, so it kinda gives you the superset effect. Tabata one: burpees and bent side arm raise Tabata 2: abdominal flutter kicks and mountain climbers Tabata 3: clean and press and push-ups Tabata 4: speed jacks and jump rope Tabata 5: tricep dips and high knee run with weight held overhead Tabata 6: sumo squat with a reverse fly at top of squat and squat jumps Tabata 7: bell swings and a tuck jump alternated with two uppercuts Tabata 8: crab walk hold position, raise opposite arm and opposite foot at same time lifting butt...alternate sides and renegade rows in plank. Tabata 9: touchdown jacks and ski abs Tabata 10: low plank hold and Russian twist Half way I plan on the following circuit. One minute each exercise, 3 round: 1. 2 jabs right, 2 jabs left, burpee 2. Plank hold with leg lift to knee cross, alternating sides 3. Surrenders with bicep curl
