Its Thanksgiving Eve. What am I thankful for? Absolutely everything, thats what. Every day my eyes pop open I get to feel love, experience new things, learn something new, praise God, relish friendships, enjoy good music, watch fall leaves blow in the wind. I get to taste good food (sometimes to much), watch a cat play with a blade of grass, sip some very good hot coffee. While shes sleeping, I get to hear my wifes breath, feel her heart beat that I know belongs to me. I pet my dog before work, whose sole purpose is to talk me out of an early treat. I feel the cold and the warmth, sometimes all in the same day. I dread the days I dont feel so good or do so well, and cheer the first day I feel better. It doesnt take a lot to make me smile theses days, because I look for those things. I am thankful for every day, every breath, and chocolate chess pie. I am truly Thankful.
