Its Throwback Thursday #tbt, which gives us the perfect opportunity to introduce our Facebook friends to Liv, a barista at our 300 #ThayerStreet cafe in #Providence! We meant to highlight her on Sunday but technical difficulties got in the way...thats what #TBT is for! Liv is a great member of the BSC team - and also incredibly skilled at latte art! Favorite way to prepare coffee? LB: I love single origin coffees and in my opinion, Aeropress is the best way to brew a perfect cup of coffee. It is straightforward and the coffee is smoother, richer without any bitterness. Its easy to clean too! If you were a BSC drink what would it be and why? LB: I would be cascara tea. Its rare but a delicious tea. Favorite BSC food option? LB: I recently got hooked on granola... Sprinkled over yogurt with honey its delish!!! I hear you like to travel...where have you been? Any great stories? LB: I have recently traveled to Seoul, South Korea. I have always been fascinated about their culture, custom, language esp the food! And I am glad I was able to explore and understand the Korean culture in a deeper level. Its quite a challenge though as most speak little English. Luckily theres an app for that! Whats your favorite part about being in Providence? LB: I like how it is small and i guess the college town feel makes me feel younger. Of course I also love the fact that the weather can be random. I dont like predictability the fact that I am spontaneous person. Go-to karaoke song? LB: Torn by Natalie Imbruglia.. Hear me sing this and youll know why. ;-D
