Its Thursday! You know what that means? #BWOW day. Give this one a try. Todays workout can be performed with just body weight or dumbbells. The first set of exercises is an EMOM (Every Min on the Min) which means you do the reps/exercises and move on to the next set at the top of every minute. The faster you work = more recovery. The warm up to all workouts can be found at tellmemel under the #BWOW tab. EMOM for 10 min: Odd - 10 plié squat + 10 lateral lunge Even - 10 push up w/shoulder tap + 10 wide mountain climbers 4 rounds 10 tricep dips 10R/10L step ups 10 body rows 20 bicycles 10 superman 5 burpees + 1 sprint Heres a demo video to get you started.
