Its Transformation Tuesday yall...so heres todays story from one of my friends! Ive completed the 24 day challenge a couple of times and LOVE my spark, catalyst, meal replacement shakes and probiotics daily, but I wanted to branch out a little. I began by adding muscle gain to my meal replacements each morning. Immediately I noticed that I stayed fuller longer and I even felt stronger. After 2 weeks, I am stronger and more defined, even though I havent changed my workout. Next, I began taking FiboTrim at night (because of this video Sarah Camp Parker) sent me. This week I began adding Arginine Extreme to my spark every morning 30 minutes before my 3.5 mile run and it is amazing! It feels like someone is next to me giving me a little push while I run... its like Im a little lighter and faster.
