Its Week 3 of the Performance Triad 26 Week Challenge: •Sleep Goal Try waking up at the same time every day, making sure that you get 8 hours of sleep. If you can’t do 8 hours, add at least 15-30 minutes to your average sleep time. Keep a consistent wake time, even on weekends! •Activity Goal Take a 5 minute walk each day this week. •Nutrition Goal Check your waist circumference. Men with a measurement over 40 inches and women with a measurement over 35 are at very high risk for cardiac disease, diabetes and high blood pressure. Set a goal to increase your fruit and vegetable intake daily this week by using fruit as a dessert and vegetables as a snack.
