Its Week 8 at Poledanceacademy Sydney! How exciting! Good luck to all the PDA students performing this week - I cant wait to watch your shows and see your videos. Remember that videoing yourself is one of the best ways to (a) improve, and (b) have a good old laugh after if you make any silly mistakes! So dont be shy - video yourself and then you can not only find ways to improve, but also you will have a record of how much you progress, and your improvement from term to term. I cant tell you how much I wish I had a video of my first ever student performance! I still remember what I wore - black fishnets and a corset, oh my! And I also remember how absolutely and completely TERRIFIED I was! Hahaha but of course I loved every minute of it once the performance actually started, and wanted to do it again once it was over! And so began my passion for pole performance :-). Have a blast in Week 8 everyone - youve worked hard all term so enjoy it
