Its Your Time To Increase Have you ever wondered why some Christians are increasing in financial prosperity and others are not? Certainly there must be a reason for this. The Bible makes it abundantly clear that God loves each of His children and is no respecter of persons. So what is the problem then? To find out let’s see what the Bible does say about our increase. Psalm 115:11-15 “11 Ye that fear the LORD, trust in the LORD: he is their help and their shield. 12 The LORD hath been mindful of us: he will bless us; he will bless the house of Israel; he will bless the house of Aaron. 13 He will bless them that fear the LORD, both small and great. 14 The LORD shall increase you more and more, you and your children. 15 Ye are blessed of the LORD which made heaven and earth.” KJV Look carefully at verse 14. The Lord promises to increase us more and more. “More and more” indicates continual growth and increase. Notice that he doesn’t say He will increase us only up to a point. The Lord absolutely wants us and our family to continually increase. That is His promise. We have His Word on it. Now here is the key to increase: The Lord will increase us according to our faith and obedience. In fact, you will always find faith and obedience involved in everything we receive from God. Throughout scripture we find people with great faith and others with little faith. Some had weak faith while others had strong faith. In addition, we find in the Bible those who fully obeyed the Lord, and those who were reluctant to obey Him. And of course, we even find people who were disobedient to God altogether.
