On my job Im a Director/Program Manager. In my community I serve as President of my County Police Chaplain group. In my fraternal organization Im an elected state Leader and in my church Im an Assistant Pastor. So this message is dedicated to all who serve as Directors, Presidents, Leaders and Pastors. (The He represents both male and female). If he gets things done, hes a dictator; If he ask others for advice, he lacks competence. If he has fun, hes doing it for show; If he does not, hes not easy to work with. If he sticks to fundamentals, hes antique. If he engages in experimentation, hes too progressive. If he insists on order and discipline, hes too firm. If the members or employees run wild, hes much too easy. If he has various fundraisers, hes on the toboggan; If he doesnt, hes a poor businessman. If he has a sense of humor, hes not intellectual. If he doesnt have one, hes a prig. If hes efficient in community relations, hes a jive talker. If he isnt, hes a square from anywhere. If he always agrees or keeps still, hes a rubber stamp; If he has strong convictions, hes full of himself. So as you can see, you are damned if you do and damned if you dont. So this is how I deal with the situation. I pray about it and try to do my best to do Gods will and make Him happy. You see it’s more important for me to hear God say Well Done than my fellow citizens. So do your best, God will do the rest and you shall have success.
