I encourage all Pastors, ministry leaders, etc to be as aware as possible of those whom you employ, or have given positions to regarding their words and actions online. Im sitting here reading thru a lot of social media post from different people from several different churches... and it baffles me how much liberty employees have to criticize, put down, and/or offer commentaries on the churches, organizations, and people who employ them. This wont be popular, but understand, unchecked HIRELINGS bring unnecessary foolishness to your organization.
