Its a blessing to get so excited about your own cooking after so many years like you were going out to a really good Italian restaurant ... Homemade angel hair pasta spaghetti & sauce (gravy as my grandpa taught) with fresh garlic bread all made with herbs from my garden... Not bragging, I just had so many great teachers and I am so glad I passed these things down to my children also... fantastico!!!
