Its a case of not having any big personalities in the defence. Evans, Smalling and Jones are all meek individuals with no real backbones, they did well playing alongside a leader like Rio or Vidic, but without someone to guide them through a match theyve all shown that theres not a lot going on in their brains. Evans is spineless, Smalling and Rafael switch off a lot, and Jones is a reckless idiot. Then youve got Blackett who is a quality prospect but obviously has no experience. Rojo and Shaw are new and cant be expected to give orders out at this stage. the fact that Jones, Rafael, Evans and Smalling are all pathetically fragile and cant play 3 games in a row without getting injured, so with so much rotation theres no chance of a partnership developing kukundwa naTerry vamunoti achembera. The solution is to get rid of one from Jones, Smalling and Evans, and bring in an experienced right back and an experienced centreback.
