Its a clash of two understandings of the term race. An official Swedish one where it is understood as a discredited scientific context from a dark past. And one from academia and anti-racist activism, where its seen as a very real social construct thats having a genuine impact on peoples lives, because people are still discriminated against and met with prejudice because of it. Whats your take on this issue? Why is Sweden so out-of-sync with many other countries when it comes to how to understand the mechanisms of discrimination?
