Its a good idea to get in a practise run today before we hit the Rowd Royalty WOD 1 on Saturday. (P.S. still time to sign up online). Workout will take 8min30s minutes. Come in early to warm up on your own. 6 people will go every 10 mins, starting at 11:15am. Tips for WOD 1: Make every pull count. Put everything into your pulls. First 2 intervals - go HARD!
