Its a great fulfillment to buy your owns lands and have your own properties .. However are you aware of the total amount of estate tax your better half or your beneficiaries would pay to transfer the titles to their names just in case you were taken out of the picture or due to unexpected death ? Most of us are not aware of what the heirs need to pay and sad part is that they will suffer a lot just to have it transferred to their names and for them to completely own it ...
