Its a new year with many resolutions for a more healthy, productive and prosperous year for most of us. I can totally help out with the healthy part. Most of us partied too much, drank too much and ate things we never would normally eat or amounts of them anyway. Its a great time to think about doing a cleanse to get our bodies stronger and out of the holiday dull drums. Starting with going back to not consuming white flour products and sugary sweets is a great place to begin. Next, adding more leafy greens back into our diets for fiber, minerals and overall yummy goodness is a good place to start, as well as perhaps, some fresh green juices, to give our digestive systems a little break and help to rid our systems of accumulated waste funk. I, myself have gotten back on my salad eating binges, (my favorite and desert island food! I know, I am weird compared to most people!) Just to get everything working as it should again. Make sure to book your colonic appointment soon during holiday repentance, if you dont have at least one already. This will really get out the holiday sins!
