Its about progression not perfection. Here is a fail attempt and then a victory to my bench press of 150kg. I really wanna show you peeps that not all training sessions are perfect. You go through great ones and sometimes you feel flat and dont feel like training but I promise you, if you just turn up to that session and go with the motions, youll walk out of that gym so much more satisfied than if you just gave up.
