Its all becoming clear to me now from studying Bill Thorntons material... The tyrants have classified us as citizen-subjects. When they file a complaint against us the State is the sovereign and the people are the subject (all-caps Strawman)! This puts you at a significant disadvantage in court. In fact almost guaranteed to lose! You need to file a counterclaim in order to correct their classification of you. You MUST put in the language of the Counterclaim that you are one of the people of North Carolina (NOT the State of North Carolina). By filing the counterclaim your court of record will trump their court not of record. Your status as people will outrank their State plaintiff. The judge will want to proceed as the tribunal as well as the magistrate. This cannot happen in a court of record. Any decision the judge makes you must object to on the record. This will allow you to vacate his decisions after the court session. If he continues to misbehave and violate the rules you can hold him in contempt of court. It is YOUR court now! You are the sovereign and it is your suit. As it stands currently in the Nissi Prius courts, the State is the sovereign and the judge is the tribunal and the magistrate. Unless you object and correct things you will remain the subject and they will walk all over your rights. The State is a for-profit corporation and the courts are a revenue-generation scheme. It is a parasite on the peoples freedom and prosperity. A shameful institution in what is claimed to be a free country.
