Its all temporary. It will ALL go away: I take comfort in knowing that most of what exists on this planet is the wood, hay, and stubble concoction of mans monument to his own ego-driven journey to be his own God. I realize that our suffering is but a drop in the bucket in light of eternity. My efforts have made me a wretched, pitiful, pleading golem of a man. It was by sheer stupidity and desperation and Gods endless goodness that I tripped over my own feet and fell on His arms of grace. I bank on the fact that this is not eternal, that this existence here is not everlasting. That one day, either my body will die, and I move on to better things, or Jesus comes back and we are done with it all at once, as He says...in the blink of an eye. How much longer will I have to put up with this world? Only time will tell. But I rest in knowing that it will end.
