Its almost midnight on New Years Eve and Ive spent the past couple of hours with a small hawk that came in tonight. The poor thing was ice cold, dehydrated, and emaciated. There is no way he would have survived the night outside Hes been on a heat source and has had warmed fluids and hes FINALLY warming up. And now he is sound asleep. I dont know what the morning will bring with him. Hes tiny and precious and if hes still with us in the morning, Ill post a photo. with an update
