Its almost surreal..Erika and I are packing up 5+ years of memories, this is the last night in the apartment. A lot of things have happened in this place. We came home to here after getting engaged and married. She told me she was pregnant here. We brought Kensley home from the hospital here. Erika, Blair, and I were sitting in the living room the morning dad called and told us to get to the hospital when mom passed. I know we cant box those memories up and take them with us, but they will stay with us non the less. Our new home will be the first place Ill ever live that my mom was never there. Thats probably the toughest thing for me. But it will be an amazing new adventure for our family, one that I am thoroughly looking forward to.
