Its always a challenge to place older dogs. Weve had a number of older dogs join MARS in the PNW over the past year. One of them, 10-year old Dirk, belonged to a elderly lady. We placed Dirk into her home five years ago. When she died last spring, her family members returned Dirk to MARS, as required under our adoption contract. Our two older girls, Skye and Kitzu, were surrendered to us last spring. They are nine years old. All three dogs are in need of a permanent home. They are fostered in the same home, and as you can see in the video, they have a lot of energy! They can be adopted separately, but if youd like all three, wed consider it!
