Its always curious when people ask me for a job and end it with Ill even wash Toilets! Umm... I wash the toilets. Every single job here is important. The bartenders cant do their jobs well without the kitchen and door staff doing their jobs. The door staff need the kitchen and bar to do their jobs well to generate the revenue to pay for the door staff. The kitchen needs the bar to upsell food and the door guys help with the maintenence that lets the kitchen operate. But no matter what your job title here - we all clean the toilets.
